We are proud to announce our most recent Ministry Partners!
We have established these relationships to improve patient access for each person no matter what path of life they may be on. It is our prayer that our partnerships and connections make transitions for our patients to continue finding healing for their mind, body and spirit even after they walk out of our doors. Zoe Freedom Center walks with individuals seeking freedom from addiction as well as assist families understand how to help when loving someone in active addiction. Their resource and education center host a variety of meetings and training opportunities as well as serve as a local resource connection. They offer individual success plans, employment assistance, group therapy, family support, life skills classes, pathway to treatment, as well as Narcan and CPR training.
Our partnership allows them to send FCHC clients they are nurturing in the love of Jesus Christ and securely know they are receiving the same love from us as well to continue their journey from freedom of addiction.
Transitions 4 You is sharing the love of Jesus to families living in motel communities with the long term goal of providing a safe living facility while empowering them with the necessary tools to live a life full of expectancy through a nurturing, loving relationship with Jesus Christ by providing this access through transportation, mentorship programs, workshops and emergency assistance.
Our partnership allows their community easy access to high quality health care and the ability to build a relationship as a family with a PCP with the same mission of keeping Jesus Christ at the center of our lives.
Micah’s Residential Recovery Program serves homeless patients who do not meet hospital inpatient criteria, but are too ill to be on the streets. We are so thankful for like-minded non-profits like Micah’s Respite Home for serving the Fredericksburg Community and spreading the gospel in it.
Our partnership with Micah Ministries is to be a resource and provide high quality health care for their patients no matter what walk of life they are on and love them like Jesus.
The Mission of LUCHA Ministries is to provide a Christian response to the question of immigration and the needs of the immigrant community by upholding the rights of immigrants and their families, serving as an information broker for the immigrant community, squipping stakeholders with key skills to transform knowledge into practice, and addressing the spiritual and social needs of our community.
Our partnership with Lucha Ministries is to provide a safe place for their community to come and be seen for high quality health care eliminating any fear for the health care system while nurturing their Christian values.
Empowerhouse empowers survivors and their children to believe in themselves and build new lives filled with dignity, respect, safety, and hope. We give victims the time, space, and tools to heal their hearts, restore their connections, rebuild their lives, and renew their spirits.
Our partnership with Empowerhouse allows us to build relationships and share the gospel with patients who have experienced domestic violence and foster safe relationships, homes and communities.
